Building Commissioning is a systematic quality control process that ensures the correct development of a building in terms of energy efficiency. The process includes everything from the incorporation of the customer’s objectives into the design, to supervision of the correct installation of all equipment and ensuring that its performance meets the objectives set.
This quality control ensures a reduction in the building’s energy requirements, a reduction in operating and maintenance costs, and improvement of the project’s technical documentation.
